We work with a limited number of clients each year, with the perspective of an operator rather than a desk. Our home port is Miami, and we work across South Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. Founded by a working captain, the firm is built around the practical knowledge of running yachts in the real world: what breaks, what costs, what to look for at survey, what crew to trust, what yard to use, and when to walk away from a deal. ## Services ### Brokerage & Acquisition We represent buyers and sellers of motor and sailing yachts across South Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. As a captain-owned firm, we read a boat the way an operator reads it. We carry both publicly listed vessels and a private dossier of yachts available off-market through long-standing client relationships. Day-to-day operations, accounts, insurance, regulatory filings, payroll, classification, and crew contracts are administered under retainer. You receive a clear monthly report and direct communication on every matter that affects your boat. We contract our detailing crews directly, supervise them on the dock, photograph the result, and audit time on the vessel. We attend the yard daily, audit invoices line by line, photograph progress, manage the schedule, and stay through launch trials.
